Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions 1.  Booking and Payment An amount of £595 is to be paid. Payment includes the entire Website Audit: 60 minute Zoom meet, audit and opening section rewrite of three key pages, one-page action plan with 6-9 recommendations, walk through video, two weeks of email support (3 emails per week - response time 1 business day), 20 minute follow-up call. 2.    Cancellation Policy The £595 is a non-refundable commitment from you, the Client that secures a day in my (the Consultant) calendar dedicated to your website audit. If a session needs to be postponed by the Client, subject to the Consultant’s availability, all monies paid may be applied to the new session. If a session needs to be postponed by the client a second time, a new session fee will be charged.  3.    Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that the Consultant is injured, becomes too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from carrying our the Website Audit, the Consultant will make arrangements to reschedule the session. If a suitable day for rescheduling is not agreed upon, the Client agrees that responsibility and liability of the Consultant to the Client is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.  4.    Cooperation The parties agree to full cooperation and happy communication for the best possible results. The Website Audit is a semi-collaborative service. It is a pre-requisite that both parties are in attendance for the kick-off Zoom call for it to go ahead.   By continuing with this booking, you agree to the Website Audit Terms & Conditions
